Facts

1. Raw missile sites that are available are priced up to the low millions. Raw - meaning - full of water and in need of extensive renovation.

2. Restoration and development costs are in excess of several million.

3. The locations of the sites were chosen by the military to lead potential enemy attacks away from populated areas. Often these sites are located in scrub land in sparsely populated areas around the USA. The Silohome happens to be located in the Adirondack State Park, near Lake Placid (1980 Olympics) with year round activities from world class skiing to hiking, fishing, golf etc...

4. Often these sites have contamination problems. We were given a clean bill of health from the Army Core of Engineers.
